CAPE MERRIWETHER OUTFALL CULVERT EXTENSION

This 63-foot by 6-foot diameter pipe extension with attached river gage was placed. A one-foot by 12-foot by 18-foot cast-in-place concrete wall was constructed on the riverside face of the existing retaining wall. The final step was placing 16,229 tons of C-and-A stone to fill the opening in the stone protection berm.
