Massman offers medical, dental, and vision coverage. Each of these benefits is designed to focus attention on maintaining or improving overall health. The company offers many plan options to employees and their families, including a PPO plan and two (2) Qualified High Deductible plan options. Employees and dependents are eligible the first of the month following their date of hire. Massman Construction Co. offers a Health Savings account with an annual company contribution.

Company Paid Life Insurance

Massman Construction Co. offers a fully-paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment policy for each employee after one year of service.

Long Term Disability Income Protection

Massman Construction Co. offers a long-term disability policy that protects employees during lengthy periods of disability leading to a loss of income. Massman Construction Co. pays half of the premium cost and employees are eligible after one year of service.

Employees are eligible the first of the month following their date of hire.
