LOCK 27 DOWNSTREAM PROTECTION CELL

Massman performed work on the downstream protection cell at Lock 27. This project included setting armor plates around the cell. The project also included pile driving, grout placement, placement of protection stone, cell fill installation, hoisting, and welding.
