When large sections of the CSX Corporation’s railroad line over Biloxi Bay were peeled up during Hurricane Katrina, the shipping company contracted Massman Construction to oversee the emergency repairs that put their rail service back on track. Our fleet of cranes and tugboats cleared away the damaged tracks and made critical repairs to help CSX and the port of Biloxi recover from the hurricane damage.
